I have an ACL tear and meniscus tear in my right knee but I can still run and jog with some pain sometimes. The MRI confirmed the ACL tear. Is it okay to keep running daily without surgery, and are there any precautions I should take?

I broke both my legs with tibia fractures and it's been 3 months since surgery. I've started walking slowly but was wondering if having beer or alcohol once or twice a week could slow down bone healing where the fractures happened
Alcohol cessation is advised to the patient.

I'm experiencing this tightness and discomfort in the bones on the right side of my chest. I've already had a chest X-ray done, and it showed no abnormalities. But whenever I do even a little bit of stretching, it really feels uncomfortable on that side. What can I do to help cure this?
