I have an ACL tear and meniscus tear in my right knee but I can still run and jog with some pain sometimes. The MRI confirmed the ACL tear. Is it okay to keep running daily without surgery, and are there any precautions I should take?

View allI'm really worried because my lower fibula has been swollen for four days now. I recently broke my tibia and fibula, and when I press on top of my fibula, it hurts. I can walk, but there's a bit of pain. Should I be concerned, and do you think I should see a doctor about it?

I'm a 31-year-old male and I recently got a hyaluronic acid injection for chondromalasia. I've noticed a bit of swelling in my leg, from my knee down to my foot. Is this something I should be worried about, or is it just part of the process? Also, how long does it usually take to see the full benefits of the injection?
Mild swelling in the leg from knee to foot after hyaluronic acid injection for chondromalacia is a common and temporary side effect, typically resolving within 1-3 weeks; the full therapeutic effect of the injection usually becomes apparent within 4-6 weeks, with optimal results often seen after 2-3 months, but individual responses may vary, so follow-up with your doctor to monitor progress and address any concerns.

I had surgery on my humerus about 4 months back and just got an x-ray done yesterday. Can you check if there's any improvement and let me know if it's safe for me to ride a bike now? I've attached the x-ray for reference.
