I have an adrenal myelolipoma measuring 111x107x105 mm and I'm wondering if laparoscopic surgery is an option for removal would the size make it too risky or complicated? What are the chances it can be done this way versus needing open surgery?

View allI've had this issue with my left testicle for about 5 months now and I'm really worried. Three doctors gave me different opinions one said I need surgery, another said it's just filled with dirty stuff and gave me pain meds. I work a lot lifting heavy cartons (30-50 kg), go to the gym, run fast for 20 minutes, and cycle 5-10 km weekly. I also have sex once a week, sometimes with condoms, sometimes without, plus hand jobs. I smoke sheesha twice a week. My left ball still hurts should I get surgery or just wait? Looking for a good doctor in Mumbai to fix this. My English isn't great, sorry.
Your left testicle in particular is more vulnerable to a number of conditions, such as varicoceles, caused by vein problems, and testicular torsion, which is a twisting of the testicle inside the scrotum.kindly consult urologist

I've been diagnosed with bilateral grade 1 varicocele and the meds aren't helping with the pain in my left testicle especially when lying down. When should I consider varicocelectomy and what's the best type of surgery for this condition?
If pain persists despite medication and is specifically exacerbated when lying down, consider varicocelectomy, especially if it's affecting fertility or quality of life. Microscopic or laparoscopic varicocelectomy are the preferred surgical options, offering potential benefits like less pain, faster recovery, and improved fertility

I've been wondering about my penis size. It's about 13.5 cm and I'm not sure if that's considered normal or on the smaller side. Is there anything I can do to make it bigger? I'm really curious to know if enlargement is possible.
A penis size of 13.5 cm (about 5.3 inches) is within the average range for adult men. There are no medically proven methods to significantly enlarge the penis. If you have concerns, it's best to discuss them with a healthcare professional to understand what's normal and to address any underlying issues.
