Hi doctor, I have been experiencing knee joint pain for the past six months. I feel pain mainly while running and climbing stairs. Initially, the pain was more severe, but it has now reduced, although there is still some discomfort. I consulted an orthopaedic specialist earlier and had an X ray done, which came back normal.
