Although my mother received injections and has normal reports, my tests show a Vitamin B12 level of 182 (normal range 239 to 931) and Vitamin D (25hydroxy) level of 18.8 (normal range 20 to 100). Are these results normal? Please advise on what steps I should take.

My nerve conduction test report came back normal, but I have vitamin D deficiency. Spinning head and numbness after exertion may point to ear balance or neurological issue. If ear cleared and symptoms persist, neuro exam is key. You are on right meds, but test balance nerves. Get yourself tested for Vitamin B12 and consider getting an MRI Brain done.
