I have been experiencing red rashes on the penile head and foreskin, along with a burning sensation during urination for the past one month. My urine report came back normal. I initially consulted a urologist, who advised me to see a dermatologist. I have now consulted a dermatologist and started the prescribed medications (attached for your reference).

If urine test is normal and dermatologist is treating rashes, continue prescribed treatment. Maintain hygiene, avoid irritants. If no improvement, follow up again.

My blood sugar was around 342 (average of the last three months), and because of this, I have been having a burning sensation while urinating for the past two months. I have already started medications for blood sugar. As per my last check, my fasting blood sugar was 89, and the average of the last three months with medication is 250. Hence, the medicines are working, but I am not getting relief from the burning sensation. I am taking Neftas as suggested by my doctor, and I feel fine while on it, but after 3 to 4 days of stopping Neftas, the burning sensation returns. Please suggest what I am missing and why I am having this issue repeatedly?

I have been suffering from frequent urination for the past 6 years. All tests, including cystoscopy, have been done. An E. coli infection was detected, and my urologist prescribed medication for 3 months, but it had no effect. I am 20 years old and also have constipation and excessive gas. How can this be treated?
