I have been taking Paroxetine, Aripiprazole 5 mg, and Zolpidem for the last 15 days. I am not feeling cured and also experiencing nausea. Is this normal? I have liver disease. Should I get an LFT test done or is this a side effect of the medicines? My LFT was normal 10 days ago.

Nausea may be from meds or liver stress. These drugs are metabolized in liver to LFT monitoring is essential. Consult psychiatrist before stopping or changing doses. Avoid alcohol, spicy food. Repeat LFT and consult liver specialist if abnormal.

I wanted to ask about ALP in a liver function test. My ALP level came out to be 141. Does this indicate any problem with my liver? Thank you.
