I have both inguinal and umbilical hernias and I'm trying to decide between open surgery or laparoscopic method which one is better for fixing them? I'm a bit worried about recovery time and complications so I'd like to know what you recommend based on my situation

Found multiple gallstones during pregnancy in 2015, and now my ultrasound shows the biggest one is 13 mm with cholelithiasis and chronic cholecystitis mentioned in the report. Do I need to get surgery for this?
