I've had back pain for about a year now and my X-ray showed spondylolysis at L5-S1. I've heard about chiropractic care but I'm really not keen on surgery. What would you recommend as the best treatment option for this?

I've had low back pain for 8 months and an MRI showed a disc bulge, but the doctors haven't explained what caused it. Surgery is not always needed; structured physiotherapy and core strengthening can help avoid injections and regain function.
