I have a dermoid cyst in my right ovary measuring 43x34x44 mm from an MRI in February and it might have grown since then. I feel swelling in my right thigh and abdomen. Several gynecologists recommended laparoscopy because they say it contains hair and teeth and could twist. I'm hesitant about surgery can homeopathy actually dissolve this kind of cyst? I'm single and a bit nervous about going under the knife.

I'm curious if there's any medication for women that can help enhance stamina and sustain performance when being intimate, maybe something to take an hour before. Also, is it advisable or safe to engage in intimacy four times a day, and are there specific drugs for that? I've been wondering about this and thought I'd ask.

For improving sexual stamina, some women may benefit from **l-arginine** supplements, which can enhance blood flow, or **ginseng** for increased energy. However, it's important to consult a healthcare provider before starting any medication or supplement, as individual needs and health conditions vary. Regular communication with a partner and relaxation techniques also play an important role in improving intimacy.

Is it okay to take Cobadex Forte during pregnancy? My wife is six months pregnant and we just switched her doctor today. Before, she was taking Uprise XT and Aaa calcium pills. Could you guide us on the right time she should take this medicine? We're a bit concerned about making sure everything is safe for her and the baby.

Cobadex Forte is generally considered safe during pregnancy, but it's essential to use it only under the guidance of a doctor. It's best taken after meals to improve absorption and reduce any potential stomach upset. Since your wife is 6 months pregnant, it's important to follow her new doctor's recommendations for any changes in supplements.
