I have a dermoid cyst in my right ovary measuring 43x34x44 mm from an MRI in February and it might have grown since then. I feel swelling in my right thigh and abdomen. Several gynecologists recommended laparoscopy because they say it contains hair and teeth and could twist. I'm hesitant about surgery can homeopathy actually dissolve this kind of cyst? I'm single and a bit nervous about going under the knife.

Dermoid cysts with hair or teeth elements do not dissolve naturally.Laparoscopy is usually recommended to prevent complications like torsion.

I'm currently 6 weeks pregnant, and its been two days since that ultrasound. Is it okay for me to go for another ultrasound today to check for a heartbeat?
It is recommended to wait at least one week after the first ultrasound to check for the heartbeat. You can go for another ultrasound around 7 weeks of pregnancy to have a better chance of detecting the fetal heartbeat.

I'm 30 weeks pregnant and dealing with a really bad cough and cold. My doctor gave me histarine taxim o and perizole, but I'm worried about whether these are safe for my baby. Can you let me know if I should be taking these?

I'm kinda confused about the USG report I got. It mentions that my uterus is normal in size and texture, and no myometrial SOL is seen. The endometrial echo and thickness seem normal too, and the cervix is fine. My ovaries also look normal, with no SOL, and no free fluid in the POD. But the thing is, I just really want to know if this means I could be pregnant or not. Could you help me understand what this report actually says about my pregnancy status? I'm really unsure about what all this means.
