I have a dermoid cyst in my right ovary measuring 43x34x44 mm from an MRI in February and it might have grown since then. I feel swelling in my right thigh and abdomen. Several gynecologists recommended laparoscopy because they say it contains hair and teeth and could twist. I'm hesitant about surgery can homeopathy actually dissolve this kind of cyst? I'm single and a bit nervous about going under the knife.

I'm a bit worried because it's been about 20 days since my C-section, and now I'm noticing some puss coming out from the incision. There's a sort of pimple or bubble that's formed along the incision line. Is this something I should be concerned about? What could be causing it, and should I see someone about it?

It sounds like there might be an infection at the incision site, which can happen after surgery. I recommend seeing your doctor as soon as possible to have the area examined, and they may suggest draining the pus and possibly prescribing antibiotics to help with the infection. Take care of the wound by keeping it clean and avoiding any irritation.

I've been having this sudden, really sharp pain in my vagina that only lasts a few seconds, but it's happening at least once a day now. On top of that, I'm experiencing pain on the right side of my abdomen. My periods have been all over the place too; sometimes they skip a couple of months, and other times they're on time. It's kind of worrying, and I'm curious to know what's causing this stabbing painit's so intense it leaves me speechless for a moment. Is it like muscle contractions or something?

The sharp, stabbing pain youre experiencing could be due to ovarian cysts, pelvic muscle spasms, or hormonal fluctuations, especially considering your irregular periods. It's important to consult with a gynecologist for a thorough examination and possible imaging to determine the exact cause and manage your symptoms effectively.

I took the first Mifepristone tablet from a Mefigest kit but ended up vomiting about 3 to 3.15 hours later. Do I need to take another dose of Mifepristone, or should I purchase a new Mefigest kit?
