I have done a pregnancy test, and it is negative, but my periods have still not started. What could be the reason, and what should I do?

If repeated tests are negative and no periods, check thyroid and hormone levels. Can be stress related or PCOS. Do TSH, FSH, Prolactin, and Pelvic USG.
Dr. Yusuf Suggests...
Take a TSH Test (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) Test or Take a FSH Test (Follicle Stimulating Hormone) Test

View allHi, I usually have irregular periods, sometimes as infrequent as once in 15 days. I consulted a doctor, who examined my reports and mentioned an initial stage of PCOD, prescribing medication for 2 months. After taking the medicines, my periods were normal. My first period after marriage was normal, but now the same problem has returned. I have taken a pregnancy test, and it is negative.
