I have gallbladder stones and my doctor prescribed FORTIBILE300 for 3 months. Will this medicine actually dissolve the stones or will I eventually need surgery? I'm worried about whether this treatment is effective long-term or just a temporary fix.

I woke up feeling pretty off with bad stomach pain, nausea, dizziness, bloating, and really awful-smelling burps and farts. I haven't actually vomited, but I'm feeling kind of backed up. What's going on with me?

I've been having a really rough time with a high fever, vomiting, loose stools, terrible stomach ache, and I'm finding it hard to breathe. It's been going on for three days now. Should I be worried or see someone about this?
You can take a tab. pantakind once or twice a day half an hour before food for 3 days. Tab. Sporolac-ds thrice a day after food for 5 days. Drink plenty of fluids. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
