I've been diagnosed with pelvic descent and I'm not sure what to do about it. My main issue is that I don't pass stool completely even though I'm taking medicines like pegmove, duphalac, pruvict, lubbowel, cremaffin, etc. Nothing seems to help. Could this be because of pelvic descent? Would I need surgery for this and if so, what kind of surgery would it be?

I've been having this weird burning feeling in my stomach a couple of hours after eating, right around where it would be digesting, and there's also this mild pain just above my belly button. I'm starting to worry a bit, could it be something like an ulcer?

I've been having this chronic dry mouth and really bad breath, so my general physician suggested an Upper G.I Endoscopy and some other tests. Everything else like stool and urine tests came back normal, but the Endoscopy showed I've got mild antral gastritis. I went to see a gastroenterologist and took the prescribed meds for about three weeks, but sadly, there's been no improvement. Can you recommend any medicines or treatments specifically for mild antral gastritis? I'm really looking for some relief here.

I have gallbladder stones and my doctor prescribed FORTIBILE300 for 3 months. Will this medicine actually dissolve the stones or will I eventually need surgery? I'm worried about whether this treatment is effective long-term or just a temporary fix.
