I have grade 3 hemorrhoids and I'm not sure whether to try homeopathic treatment or go for surgery also wanted to know if laser surgeries are painful or not

But now I feel like there's a muscle-like fissure near my anus and the doctor is suggesting surgery with a one-day hospital stay. Is surgery really the only option here? Are there any other treatments that could work? I've heard about Ayurvedic treatments would those be a better choice for healing this?
