I have gynecomastia and I'm on sulpitac 300 for schizophrenia. If I get gynecomastia surgery, will the condition come back because of my schizophrenia medication? Is it safe to go ahead with the surgery?

I've been dealing with some anxiety issues and I've noticed a habit of mine that's been concerning me.
