I have had a fever for the last 3 days. I tested for COVID, typhoid, and malaria, all are negative. When I take paracetamol, the fever goes down for 6 hours, then rises again to 101 degrees F. It is now the 4th day. What should I do? I have attached my blood test report. Please kindly help and suggest.

Likely viral fever. If fever persists beyond 5 to 6 days, repeat blood tests. Monitor symptoms, rest, and stay hydrated. Get done CRP and dengue labs.
Dr. Dhankecha Suggests...
Take a CRP Test (C - Reactive Protein) Test or Take a Dengue Profile - Elisa Test
