I have had full body pain for the last six months and now it continues throughout the day especially in the heel and bottom. I have taken two blood reports but the doctor only gives painkillers. Please suggest?

Chronic body pain may be due to vitamin deficiency, posture, or mild arthritis. Please consult a physician and ask for vitamin D and B12 testing.
Dr. Rohinipriyanka Suggests...
Take a Vitamin D (1,25 Dihydroxy Cholecalciferol) Test or Take a Vitamin B12 Test Test

View allI am a 28 year old male and have been experiencing hair loss for the past 8 years. As per my doctor advice, I got my iron, vitamin, and TSH tests done. Three months ago, my TSH was 30, but after taking medications, it is now 4. My B12 level is 280, and my testosterone has increased to 980. I do not drink, smoke, or take any supplements, and I follow a desi diet. Can someone review my report and advise me, please?

I am currently taking Selekon XL 50 mg and Amfast 40 mg for blood pressure, which is well controlled. My weight is 65 kg and my height is 5.6. However, over the past few days, I have been experiencing symptoms such as stomach bloating, weakness, tiredness, tinnitus, numbness in fingers while sleeping, and a sensation of hot feet. My recent blood test showed a low Vitamin B12 level at 172.9 pg per mL. Additionally, my VLDL is 51 and my cholesterol/HDL ratio is 6.46. I am looking for suggestions on how to manage these issues and whether any treatment or lifestyle changes are needed. Thank you.
