I have had a headache and cold for the last 2 to 3 days, and I also feel body ache. My serology/Widal slide test report shows: S. typhi O 1/80 positive, S. typhi H 1/80 positive, S. paratyphi AH 1/40 negative, S. paratyphi BH 1/40 negative. I want to confirm, do I have typhoid or not?

I have been experiencing chills and a low grade fever for more than 20 days. I have taken paracetamol and cetirizine for chills and mild cold symptoms. The chills and shivering come and go but never completely go away. I had a CBC and malaria test done, and both were negative. Hi, I got my father report done for fever, but I am not sure how to interpret it regarding typhoid. The Widal test (tube method) results are TO is 1:60 TH is less than 1:30 AH is 1:120 BH is less than 1:30 Could you please help me understand whether these results indicate typhoid or not?
