I have had three pregnancy losses, the first and second pregnancies ended at 6 weeks, and the third ended at 10 weeks due to cardiac failure. My doctor advised both my husband and me to undergo peripheral blood karyotyping to check for any chromosomal abnormalities. I have attached both of our karyotyping reports. Could you please review them and let me know if the results are normal? Additionally, I would really appreciate your guidance on how to plan for a healthy pregnancy in the future.

Karyotyping helps detect chromosomal abnormalities. If both parental reports are normal, risk of recurrence is lower. Follow up with a fertility or maternal fetal medicine specialist.
