I am planning to go for the test tomorrow. My concern is, will the tablet I took affect my test report or show any false results since I have taken it only once?

A single dose of oral B12 just a day before the test usually has minimal impact on serum B12 levels. Proceed with testing but inform the lab about the supplement taken. For accuracy, repeat Serum Vitamin B12 after 3 days if needed.
