I have a hydrocele on the right side that isn't too big but it's noticeable. Are there any other treatment options besides surgery? Just wondering what else can be done for it.

i'm 23 and have phimosis is surgery the only way to fix it or are there other treatments should i be worried about this or is it pretty normal at my age
circumcision is advised.
