I have a hydrocele on the right side that isn't too big but it's noticeable. Are there any other treatment options besides surgery? Just wondering what else can be done for it.

My penis doesn't fully retract when erect but works fine when flaccid are there any non-surgical options to help with this? Worried it might cause issues and looking for alternatives.
