i have a lateral meniscus tear in my left knee and i'm wondering if surgery is really necessary or are there other treatment options i can try instead since i'd prefer to avoid surgery if possible

I'm experiencing this tightness and discomfort in the bones on the right side of my chest. I've already had a chest X-ray done, and it showed no abnormalities. But whenever I do even a little bit of stretching, it really feels uncomfortable on that side. What can I do to help cure this?

I have bow legs and really want to avoid surgery are there any non-surgical treatments that could help? Would braces or exercises make a difference? I'm worried about how this might affect me long-term.
