I have lost 10 kg, but my skin has become loose and started to sag in my cheeks. My eyes are sinking in with dark circles around them. I drink 4 liters of water per day and have started strength training. My thyroid is at 6, and I am currently under medication for it. How can I make up for these nutritional deficiencies? I am a vegetarian. Thank you in advance.

Rapid weight loss results in loose skin, dark circles. Thyroid imbalance may add to issues. Eat protein rich vegetarian foods. Continue strength training, hydrate well. Do Vitamin B12, D, Iron Profile, HbA1c.
