I have a pyogenic granuloma on my scalp and I'm a bit worried. Is it harmful if I just leave it alone? Could this be some kind of cancer? Also, are there any treatments I can try at home without needing surgery?

View allI've noticed some purple dots on the head of my penis and the skin is also really dry. The foreskin doesn't seem smooth at all. What could be causing this, and is there anything I should do about it? I'm getting a bit worried.
It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms of irritation or an infection, possibly related to dry skin or a dermatological condition. I recommend seeing a healthcare provider for an examination to rule out any underlying issues such as balanitis or other skin conditions. In the meantime, keeping the area clean and moisturized may help, but it's best to get a professional evaluation.
