I have a sack-like growth near my belly button on the right side, about the size of a jackfruit seed. My family doctor said it's not serious and can be removed with a simple surgery. Should I see a dermatologist or a general surgeon for this?

Rotation flap procedures, like the Limberg flap, offer better wound closure, reduced recurrence rates, and generally quicker healing times
