I have sleeping issues and my Vitamin D is 9.63. The doctor prescribed Meloset 3 mg. Now my sleeping pattern has improved but my skin is getting dark and worse. What should I do?
Answered by 1 Apollo Doctors
Meloset helps sleep, does not darken skin. Low Vitamin D can affect skin. Take Vitamin D supplements as advised. Use sunscreen outdoors. Do Vitamin D test after 8 weeks. Consult doctor if skin darkens more.

For the past two months I have been having an internal pain in both my knees. My blood report is normal and there is no external swelling or redness. However, I feel internally as though my knees are numb and in spite of doing basic exercises I feel a pressure on my knees while walking. This problem persists throughout the day, making it difficult for me to even walk. As of the past two months I have been facing problems in walking and hence I take rest at home. The orthopaedic doctor checked my knees externally and said there is no problem. I request you to suggest the remedy that I should do to cure this problem as I am in deep pain. Thank you.
