I have some cut marks on my hand and they're really bothering me. How can I get rid of them? Also, what's the cost for surgery to remove these marks? I'm feeling pretty upset about how they look and would like to know my options as soon as possible.

For older scars like yours, besides laser treatment, you can consider using topical silicone gel sheets or silicone gel. These can help improve the appearance of the scar over time. Make sure to apply them as directed by the manufacturer.

My upper arm skin is really saggy and loose, and I'm super worried about it. I don't want surgery are there any other remedies or treatments that could help tighten the skin? It's really bothering me.
Non-surgical skin tightening like RF, HIFU, or creams may help mild arm sagging—consult a dermatologist.

I'm really worried because my 4-month-old baby has such dry skin, even after using a moisturizer twice a day. I'm currently using Himalaya cream, but it's like his skin is still dry. There's also some peeling under his chin. A doctor recommended Desosoft cream, and we've been using it for 10 days, but nothing's changed. Could you suggest a cream or something else that might help get his skin back to normal?
I recommend trying a gentle and effective moisturizer like Cetaphil Restoraderm Eczema Calming Body Moisturizer. Apply this moisturizer twice a day on the affected areas, especially on the chin where the skin is peeling. Additionally, make sure to keep your baby well-hydrated by giving him plenty of fluids throughout the day.
