I have tested my Vitamin D level at 120 and Vitamin B12 at 485. Could you please tell me what the healthy ranges are for these vitamins, and how I can maintain or improve my levels?

Your Vitamin D (120 nmol/L) is in the upper normal range, no concern. Your Vitamin B12 (485 pg/mL) is also in the healthy mid range. Ideal Vitamin D is 75 to 125 nmol/L, and B12 is 300 to 900 pg/mL. Continue moderate sun exposure, B12-rich foods (eggs, dairy), and supplements only if advised.
