I am a 32 year old male. My vitamin test report is attached. Please advise. I sometimes feel pain in my spinal cord and numbness in my lower foot and fingers. I do not have diabetes or high blood pressure.

These symptoms may relate to vitamin D or B12 deficiency. Ensure levels are in optimal range and consult neurologist if persists.

I have been taking Vitamin D3 60,000 IU regularly for the past year. However, for the last two months, I have been experiencing a dull pain in my left abdomen. My recent Vitamin D3 level is 121 ng per mL, and my urine report shows the presence of amorphous phosphates. The recent ultrasound is normal. Could you please advise if this could be due to Vitamin D3 toxicity and what steps I should take next to correct this?
