I have thin corneas and can't get LASIK, so my doctor recommended SMILE but I've heard it has some drawbacks. Now I'm seeing Contoura Vision might be better what's the best option for someone with thin corneas like me?

My right eye has a 6D prescription and my left eye is at 8D. Even with glasses, my vision is only 66. Is there any way to get my normal eyesight back maybe through diet, meds, or surgery? I'm really worried about my myopia getting worse.

My mom has had two laser surgeries for retina detachment and is currently using drops for a mild infection. Now she needs cataract surgery where would be the best place to get it done given her history?
Given retinal history, cataract surgery should be done at a center with retinal backup—look for a tertiary eye care hospital or retina specialist for best outcome.
