I just coughed up some super thick bloody mucus, and I'm breathing in hard through my sinuses. Should I be worried about this, or is it something that can happen occasionally?

I'm having a hard time breathing sometimes and it's kind of worrying. I just got over Covid-19. Have noticed I feel better after burping. Could there be a connection between the shortness of breath and burping? What's happening with my body?

I'm feeling a bit unsure about my diagnosis and the treatment I've been prescribed. I've been told I have ILD and IPF, specifically idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis Stage I, and my doctor has suggested taking Acetylcysteine 600 mg effervescent tablets for the IPF. Do you think this is the right approach? Could it really help with the phlegm I'm experiencing in my nose and throat? Just wanting to make sure I'm on the right track here.

yes it is sufficient. start steam inhalation along with it
