I just coughed up some super thick bloody mucus, and I'm breathing in hard through my sinuses. Should I be worried about this, or is it something that can happen occasionally?

View allI'm a 35-year-old guy, and my whole family has tested positive for COVID-19, but I tested negative on June 29. Lately, I've noticed I have a minor cough, and sometimes my oxygen level drops to 88, although it usually bounces back to 97 or 98 after about a minute. I only feel a little drowsy when it happens. Everything else seems okay. What should I do now?
Kindly consult a pulmonologist at the earliest for further evaluation
