I just got my MRI report and it shows a bucket handle tear in the body and posterior horn of the medial meniscus, along with grade I chondromalacia patellae and moderate joint effusion with suprapatellar bursal fluid. I'm really worried do I need surgery for this or can it be managed with physiotherapy? What are my options here?

It feels like my head is leaning forward when I walk, and there's this uncomfortable stiffness radiating from my shoulder down my back. Could you help me understand what's going on and suggest what I should do next?
