I just took Redotil for my diarrhea, but it didn't seem to work because I still had a stool about 15 minutes after. I'm a bit worried and unsure about what to do next. I have Roko and Imodium at home, but I'm not sure about the right dosage. Can you please give me some advice on what to do?

I've been having some issues since my C-section delivery about 10 days ago. I've noticed a mild constipation problem, but today was kind of alarming. I'm on medication for irritable bowel with velgutlibrax and rejunex for the last three months, but my doctor has recently cut it down to just librax three times daily. While sometimes I only need to go to the washroom once a day, there are other days when it's 2 to 3 times. My stool is still kinda semi-loose. Is this the right treatment approach for me?
