I keep getting sinus headaches especially when I spend too much time staring at my laptop screen. Is there any way to manage this without surgery? It's really bothering me and I'm looking for some relief.

View allI've been experiencing some issues with my voiceits not coming out clearly and there's a bit of hoarseness. I visited an ENT specialist, and they mentioned something about a phonatory gap being the cause. I'm really keen to know, is there a permanent solution for this? Any advice would be appreciated.

I've had these nodes near my ears for the last 34 years they keep getting enlarged and then degrade on their own. Recently, both sides of my earlobes became swollen, inflamed, and really painful. This happens every six months. Do I need surgery for this or can it be managed with medication? What's the best solution?
Recurrent lymph node swelling may need FNAC/biopsy; antibiotics work for infection, but surgery needed if cystic or abscessed.

I'm really worried about my son. He's been having issues with his adenoids for the past year, and he's just 4 and a half. Sometimes he struggles to breathe through his mouth. The doctor mentioned surgery might be the best option. Im curious, whats the newest and safest type of adenoidectomy? Do you think going through with this surgery is a smart move?
For a 4.6-year-old child, adenoidectomy surgery is a common and relatively safe procedure to relieve breathing difficulties, ear infections, and sinus issues caused by enlarged adenoids. The latest and safest type of adenoidectomy surgery is often performed endoscopically through the nose and oral cavity, with minimal blood loss and complications. Benefits of Adenoidectomy Surgery: - Relief from breathing difficulties: Enlarged adenoids can cause nasal obstruction, leading to mouth breathing, which can affect your child's sleep, growth, and development. - Reduced risk of ear and sinus infections: Enlarged adenoids can increase the risk of ear and sinus infections, which can lead to hearing loss, speech delays, and other complications. - Improved sleep quality: Adenoidectomy surgery can help improve your child's sleep quality by relieving nasal obstruction and promoting better breathing.
