I keep getting sinus headaches especially when I spend too much time staring at my laptop screen. Is there any way to manage this without surgery? It's really bothering me and I'm looking for some relief.

I'm in 10th standard, and this is making it really hard to read and study. What could be causing this, and what should I do to feel better?
