I noticed droplets of blood while passing urine. I had a urine routine test, which showed traces of blood, 6 to 8 RBCs, 8 to 10 epithelial cells, and no pus cells. My periods are about to start, could this be the reason for the traces of blood in the urine? I have attached the report for your reference. Please advise.

I am suffering from epididymitis for the past 3 months. I have consulted good urologists, and they prescribed antibiotics and NSAIDs. I never had swelling, only mild pain and discomfort.
