I noticed droplets of blood while passing urine. I had a urine routine test, which showed traces of blood, 6 to 8 RBCs, 8 to 10 epithelial cells, and no pus cells. My periods are about to start, could this be the reason for the traces of blood in the urine? I have attached the report for your reference. Please advise.

Blood traces could be from upcoming menstruation. Repeat test post period if symptoms persist.
