I noticed my girlfriend is taking Endogest 200 tablets and recently, she's been having irregular periods, sometimes being delayed by as much as 56 days. I'm a bit worried and not sure why she's on this medication. Is there a specific issue that these tablets address? We're planning to get married in a few months, so I'm also wondering if this could affect her chances of getting pregnant. Can you provide some insight into this?

I just got scanned for infertility and the doctor found a cyst saying I need laparoscopic surgery right away because it's preventing pregnancy. Can you explain why this cyst is stopping me from getting pregnant and how urgent the surgery really is? Also, could you check the images I uploaded to see if surgery is the only option?
laparoscopic excision of the cyst is advised to the pt,gynaec review.
