View allI'm 31 and have multiple fibroids with the largest being 8cm. My doctor is recommending surgery but I really want to avoid it. Are there any effective Ayurvedic or Siddha treatments in Chennai that can help dissolve uterine fibroids naturally?
While Ayurvedic and Siddha medicines may offer symptom relief and potentially help with shrinking fibroids, they are unlikely to completely dissolve large fibroids like the one you have (8cm). For such cases, surgical options like myomectomy or hysterectomy are often necessary. Is it okay to use saliva as a lubricant during sex or masturbation? I'm just wondering if there are any health concerns or risks I should be aware of.
Using saliva as a lubricant during sex or masturbation is not recommended as it can increase the risk of sexually transmitted infections (STIs), including HIV, herpes, and gonorrhea, and may also cause vaginal or anal irritation, yeast infections, or other infections; instead, opt for water-based or silicone-based lubricants
