I noticed a white lump on the inside of my cheek near my teeth this month after accidentally biting that spot last month. It seems to be growing, but I don't use tobacco or drink. Could this be mouth cancer? Is there any way to treat it naturally or without surgery? I'm really worried about this.

A white lump inside your cheek could be several things, including a benign condition like a bump caused by irritation, or potentially oral cancer, While some growths are benign and can be treated with topical or non-surgical options, others may require more aggressive treatment. It's crucial to consult a dentist or doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.

I've been dealing with really bad mouth ulcers that keep getting worse, and now there's a painful bump on my tongue making it hard to eat anything except water. The doctor prescribed creame and forte b tablets, but the ulcers are spreading even after taking antibiotics for fever that started 5 days ago. I'm scared of surgery can this be treated without it? Should I see an ENT specialist or a dentist for this? There's an image showing the sores and bump on my tongue.

It's important to see a dentist or oral surgeon for the painful bump and persistent mouth ulcers, as they could be a sign of something more serious, like oral cancer. While some ulcers resolve on their own, prolonged sores warrant medical attention. Treatment options often include topical medications or, in some cases, minor procedures, but surgery is not typically necessary.

I'm dealing with this small hole in my mouth near my lower left molar, and it's always hurting. I notice it feels a bit better after I gargle for a little bit. There's no bleeding, but the pain wont go away, and there's some swelling in my left jaw. I'm starting to worry if this could be something serious like cancer or if it's just an issue with my wisdom tooth. What could be causing this?

It sounds more likely to be related to a wisdom tooth issue or a dental infection, especially if there's swelling and pain in the jaw. Cancer typically involves more noticeable changes like persistent sores, bleeding, or lumps. It's best to see a dentist for an accurate diagnosis and treatment.

I've been dealing with a toothache for the past couple of days. There's a cavity, and it's been really painful, especially since this evening. I can't even drink cold water because it hurts so much. Can you suggest something that might help?

-You can try rinsing with warm salt water to reduce pain and inflammation. Applying a cold compress to the outside of your cheek may also help numb the area. However, it's best to see a dentist soon to get the cavity treated.
