Sometimes I see black particles in my phlegm, not entirely black, just some black bits mixed in. Is this something I should be worried about, or is it not a big deal?

I'm a 25-year-old female and have been dealing with asthma since 2005. I've been using Budamate 200 mg and then switched to Formonide Novacart 200 mg since 2012. My mom's been on atorva for the past couple of years, but she's recently started having this weird dry cough that we can't really explain. Could this be a side effect of atorva? I've read that it might lead to interstitial lung disease or something like that. She's 53, by the way. Could that be related?

I got my second dose of Covishield on September 1st, 2021, and I have a provisional diagnosis of COPD. My doctor recommended I use a Triohale inhaler and a Duolin inhaler. Is it safe for me to continue using these inhalers right now, or should I wait a bit before starting them?
