I recently underwent a full body check up and found that I have Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D deficiencies. My report shows: Vitamin B12: 59 pg/mL Vitamin D: 13.6 ng/mL One doctor suggested taking Meconerve injections (1 ampule IM daily for 5 days, then once a week for 4 weeks, followed by once a month for 12 months).

Yes, B12 less than 200 is deficient. Meconerve IM protocol is standard. Mild pain at injection site possible. Follow up after 3 months advised.

View allI consulted a doctor because I was having balance problems and vertigo, and I was told I have a vitamin B12 deficiency. My test result showed a level of 193. The doctor prescribed Neurobion Forte, Monobe (thiamine), and a multivitamin. I have been taking these medicines for the past 22 days. Although my symptoms have improved, I still have some problems. How long will it take to fully recover?
