I recently underwent a full body check up and found that I have Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D deficiencies. My report shows: Vitamin B12: 59 pg/mL Vitamin D: 13.6 ng/mL One doctor suggested taking Meconerve injections (1 ampule IM daily for 5 days, then once a week for 4 weeks, followed by once a month for 12 months).

Yes, B12 less than 200 is deficient. Meconerve IM protocol is standard. Mild pain at injection site possible. Follow up after 3 months advised.
Dr. Hema Suggests...
Take a VITAMIN B12 Test or Take a 25-HYDROXY VITAMIN D (D2+D3) Test

View allMy report shows Vitamin B12 level at 169 and Vitamin D3 level at 14. I have been experiencing symptoms like inflammation around the anus and general body discomfort. I started treatment with five doses of Eldervit 12 injection and two doses of Arachitol 6L. Although the symptoms improved, some of them have returned. I am also taking Caldikind Plus one tablet daily, Neurobion two tablets daily, and Uprise D3 once a week. I would like to know how many more doses I should take and when I can expect complete relief from all symptoms.

Due to skin allergy and hair loss I consulted a skin doctor. My lab report shows vitamin B12 deficiency and very low ferritin levels, but the skin doctor did not give any treatment for that. Please help me and give suggestions as I am in urgent need?
