I recently went to a pulmonologist and was diagnosed with pneumonia. I was put on coamoxiclav antibiotics for a week and duavent for nebulizing. But it's been two weeks since my follow-up visit, and I'm still coughing up phlegm. The doctor has now prescribed me levofloxacin and zykast. I'm a bit worried since I'm breastfeeding. Should I be concerned about these medications? Also, why hasn't my cough improved?

I'm dealing with a really heavy dry cough at night and it's gotten so bad that I can't sleep well. It's even causing stomach pain because I'm coughing so hard. I'm having a bit of trouble with my breathing, especially when I'm climbing stairs. I've been using my inhaler, and I've also had the Prevenar 13 vaccination back in 2018 and the FLUQUADRI 0.5ml booster in July 2019. My doctor has mentioned I need another vaccination for this season, especially with the monsoon coming.
