I recently went to a pulmonologist and was diagnosed with pneumonia. I was put on coamoxiclav antibiotics for a week and duavent for nebulizing. But it's been two weeks since my follow-up visit, and I'm still coughing up phlegm. The doctor has now prescribed me levofloxacin and zykast. I'm a bit worried since I'm breastfeeding. Should I be concerned about these medications? Also, why hasn't my cough improved?

I've been hearing about this black fungus issue caused by prolonged mask use and I'm not sure if I should keep using it. I was diagnosed with Covid back in August 2020, but I was asymptomatic and recovered fine. Can you advise me on whether I should continue using the CPAP machine right now?

I'm dealing with a dry cough and I've been noticing black phlegm when I cough and sneeze. I don't smoke or drink, so I'm not sure what's causing this. My throat hurts and my voice seems different too. Could you help figure out what's going on?

I'm experiencing some shortness of breath, especially when I'm trying to go to sleep at night. It wakes me up and I find myself needing to wait to catch my breath before I can settle down again. It's been going on for about 3 years now and sometimes it's accompanied by bloating, burping, and farting. I notice the shortness of breath can also happen with panic or loud noises around me. I've tried different medicines over time but they only seem to help temporarily. I'm really curious to know what could be causing this and what might actually help. What do you think I should do?
