Occasional foot sweating can be due to anxiety, stress, or autonomic nervous system response while working. Since your RBS is normal, diabetes is unlikely as a cause. Continue your supplements and maintain hydration and a balanced diet. Wear breathable cotton socks and well ventilated footwear to reduce sweating.
