I sometimes experience sweating in my feet while working. I consulted a doctor, and he said it might be due to weakness and prescribed some supplements. He also advised me to do an RBS test, and the results came back normal. What could be the reason for this?

Occasional foot sweating can be due to anxiety, stress, or autonomic nervous system response while working. Since your RBS is normal, diabetes is unlikely as a cause. Continue your supplements and maintain hydration and a balanced diet. Wear breathable cotton socks and well ventilated footwear to reduce sweating. If sweating increases or is associated with weakness, numbness, or other symptoms, you can book a Serum Electrolytes and Thyroid Profile to rule out underlying causes.

View allMy wife is pregnant and has been experiencing severe vomiting throughout the day, unable to eat or drink anything. We went to the hospital, and she received IV fluids with a pain injection. Her blood sugar level is normal, but her report shows ketones. Why do ketones occur during pregnancy? Is this temporary? Will it harm the baby? How can we get rid of it? Please advise

My electrolytes report showed abnormal results, particularly low sodium levels. I was advised to consult a nearby doctor for further evaluation. One physician, after reviewing the report, recommended taking 2 spoons of table salt twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening to help increase my sodium levels.
