Question

I tested positive for Covid-19 about 20 days ago and spent 15 days in home isolation. I just got tested again 19 days later, and it still came back positive. Is there a chance Im still spreading the virus to others? Do I have to keep staying away from family and friends, or can I start seeing them again? Also, is it okay for me to go back to work now?

I had oral sex with a girl and ejaculated in her mouth back in November 2018 and I didn't know her blood status. Eight days after the encounter, I did a PCR RNA test and it was negative. I've been tested for VDRL and RPR, and both came back negative, but my TPHA result was positive with a titer of 1160. I haven't had any lesions, rashes, or other symptoms, and this is my first time testing positive for syphilis. I've done the VDRL test four times in the last two years, and they've always been negative. Can you tell me which stage of syphilis this might indicate and if a titer level of 1160 is something to worry about? What would the treatment be?
