I thought I might have hemorrhoids because I've been taking phentermine for weight loss and heard that could be a side effect. It started with my anus being swollen and painful during bowel movements, and it's been like this for over a week now. But just now, I noticed a green, booger-like discharge from my anus. I took a picture to get a better idea of what's happening, and it looks like there's a blister down there. It's really painful around the blister and the surrounding area. I'm a bit freaked out because it shouldnt be an STDIm married and was just tested not too long ago. There's only this one blister. It's red around the edges and white on top. I really don't know what's going on. Any advice?

View allI'm having a lot of trouble with my stomach. It feels like there's a lot of gas or something foaming inside, and I can't eat much at all without feeling super full and uncomfortable. Sometimes, after I go to the bathroom, it feels better for a bit, but then it just comes back again. This has been going on for about a month now. I tried some Ayurvedic treatment before, but it didn't really help. Could you give me some advice on what might work?

What does it mean if my liver size is normal but there's a mildly increased parenchymal echotexture? Should I be worried, and are there any steps I should take or treatments I should consider?
It's essential to address the underlying cause of your stomach bloating and backache. Consider the following steps: Consult a gastroenterologist to rule out conditions like IBS, SIBO, or gastroparesis. Undergo tests like endoscopy, colonoscopy, or breath tests to identify the underlying cause. Avoid trigger foods, follow a low-FODMAP diet, and consider probiotics to alleviate symptoms. Maintain good posture, exercise regularly, and consider physical therapy to address backache.

I'm really struggling with this issue where I keep needing to go to the bathroom, even though my stools seem normal. They aren't loose or hard, but the bowel movements are way too frequent, especially after I eat. My doctor mentioned it might be IBS. Do you have any advice on how to handle this? It's getting really frustrating and it's affecting my daily life. What can I do to make it better?
To manage your frequent stool passing issue, which may be indicative of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), try the following: maintain a food diary to track trigger foods; eat smaller, more frequent meals; avoid spicy, fatty, or high-fiber foods; incorporate stress-reducing techniques like meditation or yoga; consider probiotics or fiber supplements;
