I was combing my son's hair today and noticed these small black spots on his scalp. They seem dry and come out with his hair when I comb it harder. He hasn't mentioned any itching or pain, but I'm kind of worried. What could these spots be, and should I do anything about it?

I'm using Minokem N2 for my beard growth since June, but recently, in the last couple of weeks, I've noticed a lot of pimples popping up on my right cheek. I'm a bit worried and wondering if I should stop using Minokem. Could you also give me some advice on how to get rid of these pimples?

I recommend stopping the use of Minokem N2% and consulting with a dermatologist for further evaluation. To help cure the pimples, you can use a topical acne treatment like Benzoyl Peroxide gel (2.5%) twice daily on the affected area after washing your face with a gentle cleanser. Additionally, you can use a non-comedogenic moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated. If the pimples persist or worsen, please seek medical advice from a dermatologist.

I've been using the Mintop 5% minoxidil solution for about a week and a half, and it feels like my hair loss has actually gotten worse instead of better. I'm a bit worried if this is normal or if I should stop using it. Could there be another medication I should consider?

Hair loss can sometimes worsen temporarily when starting minoxidil treatment. It is important to continue using the medication as directed. In addition to minoxidil, you can consider adding finasteride 1mg tablet once daily to your treatment regimen. Finasteride helps to block the hormone responsible for hair loss. Remember to consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new medication.

I'm really worried because I've noticed some redness and warts on the skin of my penis. I think it might be a staph infection, but I'm not entirely sure. Could you please guide me on what kind of doctor I should see for this?

For a staph infection and skin lesions on the penis, consult a dermatologist or a urologist, specifically one specializing in genitourinary medicine, who can assess the condition, provide a proper diagnosis, and recommend effective treatment options, such as antibiotics, antiviral medications, or topical creams, to address the infection and skin lesions
