I'm trying to deal with some acne scars, and my dermatologist recommended nirvalyte gel. But unfortunately, I can't find it anywhere. Do you have any suggestions for other treatments? The pigmentation is just a bit, but the scars are more of the pitting type. I'm curious if there's something else that might help!

I've got this bump that started off small, but after I accidentally scratched it, it got bigger. It's pretty red around the edges and really hurts when I touch it. I noticed there's some pus inside. Is it better to wait until the pus grows more before trying to squeeze it out? Then maybe take some antibiotics? I really want to get rid of this from the root, and I heard draining the pus is important. What should I do?

I've been dealing with these persistent pimples that start small but get pretty big and filled with pus over about 12 days. The skin underneath gets hard and it really hurts. When I try to squeeze them, a bit of pus and blood comes out. After about a week, they leave behind a black spot but then new ones keep coming up right after the old ones disappear.
