I'm trying to deal with some acne scars, and my dermatologist recommended nirvalyte gel. But unfortunately, I can't find it anywhere. Do you have any suggestions for other treatments? The pigmentation is just a bit, but the scars are more of the pitting type. I'm curious if there's something else that might help!

You can consider using a topical retinoid cream such as Retin-A (tretinoin) gel. Apply a pea-sized amount to the affected areas at night. Additionally, you can also try using a vitamin C serum to help with pigmentation. Make sure to use a sunscreen during the day to protect your skin. If these treatments do not show significant improvement, you may consider procedures like microdermabrasion or laser therapy after consulting with a dermatologist.

I've had clear skin for a long time, but recently, I had a bad allergic reaction while I was in another state, and now I'm getting these small white pus-filled bumps on my face. They appear and disappear, but leave these flesh-colored bumps that have been sticking around. It's been almost a year like this, and I've tried doxycycline and various acne medications with no success. I even used Proactiv years ago, and it worked then, but now it just irritates my skin. What do you think could be causing this and is there anything else I can try to get rid of these bumps?

I'm really concerned about my hair and nails. I've heard that taking vitamin E can help, but my nails are still brittle and my hair seems thin at the ends, even though I trim it regularly. Do you think vitamin E would actually improve these issues, or could there be something else going on?

I've been using Sebamed facewash and Nioret Nanogel for the past 8 months with amazing results. My skin was glowing, and I didn't have any pimples. But starting in February, I suddenly got rashes, redness, and some irritation on my face. There was one day when I used a CC cream, and after removing it, my face turned red and was burning. I tried calming it down with Lacto Calamine but nothing worked. Now, every time I apply the Sebamed facewash, it feels like I've put red chili powder on my face. I've even got a red patch under my eye that feels like burned skin when I touch it. Could you help me figure out what's happening with my skin?
