I'm trying to deal with some acne scars, and my dermatologist recommended nirvalyte gel. But unfortunately, I can't find it anywhere. Do you have any suggestions for other treatments? The pigmentation is just a bit, but the scars are more of the pitting type. I'm curious if there's something else that might help!

You can consider using a topical retinoid cream such as Retin-A (tretinoin) gel. Apply a pea-sized amount to the affected areas at night. Additionally, you can also try using a vitamin C serum to help with pigmentation. Make sure to use a sunscreen during the day to protect your skin. If these treatments do not show significant improvement, you may consider procedures like microdermabrasion or laser therapy after consulting with a dermatologist.

View allI've been dealing with this constant itching all over my body for the past couple of weeks. The weird part is that when I itch, my skin starts to swell up and I get these temporary rashes, especially on my back. I'm a bit worried and not sure what's causing it, and I can't get to a good dermatologist right now. Do you have any idea what this might be or what I can do in the meantime?

My mom recently had facial herpes. The blisters are gone now, but they've left some scars. I'm trying to find out what kind of medicine or ointments can help fade these scars. I've got some pictures that might make things clearer. Any advice?

I'm recovering from chicken pox, it's been 24 days now. My blisters have dried, but I've got some small pimples on my forehead. Is it okay for me to have non-spicy chicken soup now, or should I wait longer before including chicken in my diet?
