I was diagnosed with AVN possibly in the first or second stage and was told core decompression might be needed. Is there any chance it can be treated with just medications without surgery? I had ACL reconstruction with a hamstring autograft where they used a bioabsorbable screw on the tibial side and an endobutton on the femoral side I read that endobuttons are made of titanium and some studies say titanium might weaken the immune system or even cause cancer Is it possible to remove the endobutton later and is it really safe to keep it in long-term
