I was diagnosed with AVN possibly in the first or second stage and was told core decompression might be needed. Is there any chance it can be treated with just medications without surgery? I have my CT, MRI, and X-ray reports could I share them with you for your opinion if you provide an email address?

View allI had surgery in 2014 where they removed all stitches and put a metal rod in my leg. The operated area is dry now, but there's still a small hole where fluid leaks out sometimes. I can't walk or stretch properly because my leg feels stiff, and there's nerve pain. The fluid leakage stops and starts randomly what could be causing this and should I be worried?
Persistent drainage and stiffness post-orthopedic surgery may indicate chronic infection or hardware issues—seek reevaluation.

Can knock knees be corrected naturally at age 28 or is surgery the only option? I'm worried about long-term effects if left untreated and wondering if exercises or braces might help
Sometimes, if knock knees cause problems such as pain or difficulty walking, you may be referred to a specialist for tests to see what might be causing it. Rarely, surgery to straighten the knees and legs may be recommended.
