I was diagnosed with AVN possibly in the first or second stage and was told core decompression might be needed. Is there any chance it can be treated with just medications without surgery? I have my CT, MRI, and X-ray reports could I share them with you for your opinion if you provide an email address?

View allI've been having this chest pain ever since I fell a couple of days ago. It hurts when I move or do things like cough or sneeze, and I can't seem to find a comfortable position to sleep on either side. Should I be worried about this, and do you think I should get it checked out?
Ecg,cardiac markers and x-ray chest pa view is advised to the patient.

Can someone help me understand if surgery is really needed based on this MRI report? The person is currently on meds but the doctor hasn't recommended physiotherapy yet just exercises. The neck pain started in April and keeps coming back, even shooting down to the right arm. Why would the doctor only suggest exercises and not physio?

Four months ago on May 8th, I had an accident that broke the bone in my polio-affected leg. The doctor did surgery and inserted a rod from my thigh bone to the knee with screws. Now my bones are healing and I've started walking, but I can't bend my knee at all. I've been doing wax therapy and some exercises, but it's still really hard to bend. What treatment would help me get my knee movement back?
ortho opinion is advised to the pt.
