I've been having a lot of wrist pain lately, especially at night, and my fingers feel tingly or numb sometimes. Could this be carpal tunnel syndrome? I'm really hoping there are other treatment options besides surgery what can I try first to relieve the pain and discomfort?

I've had an ACL tear in my left knee for about 2.5 months now, and the pain has reduced by 70%. It only comes back when I walk long distances. What kind of tear is this, and do I need surgery? Can I wait it out or should I consider other options? Also, what exactly is an interstitial tear can it heal with PRP injections, and how successful are they usually?

I recommend starting with physiotherapy and painkillers to manage your condition. If there's no significant improvement after a reasonable period, we can then consider surgical options.

Broke my tibia 4 weeks ago and have been in a cast without surgery. Got an xray done and attached it here. Wanted to ask how long I need to keep the POP on before it can come off. When can I start putting some weight on the leg and what's this kind of fracture called. Also how long till it heals enough for me to walk without crutches. Been taking Fredcal 500mg twice a day for calcium is that a good choice

Wear the pop for another 2 weeks. After 2 weeks start partial weight bearing. This is called a tibia fracture. In 3 months you can walk mostly normally Use injection vitamin d to ensure good healing

What are some non-surgical ways to fix knock knees? I've been looking for treatments but haven't found anything solid yet and really don't want to consider surgery. Are there exercises or braces that actually work?

Gentle physiotherapy, quadriceps strengthening, and custom valgus braces can help mild knock knees;severe cases often need orthopedic assessment but many improve non-surgically.
