I was diagnosed with grade 2 varicocele back in 2018 and have been using a supporter regularly since then. Some days I get slight pain in my scrotum, maybe once a month should I consider surgery or is there another way to manage this?

Grade 2 varicocele can be managed conservatively unless pain or infertility occurs—then surgery is advised.

View allI'm a bit worried about something that happened after my circumcision about 45 days ago. The skin on my penis glans has become really dry, and I notice peeling and flaking, especially in the mornings when I wake up. It seems to get better after I take a bath. Is this something I should be concerned about, or does it just happen sometimes?
Yes thats normal no need to worry, maintain personal hygiene

I'm having this issue where every time I get an erection or after having sex, my penis seems to crack at one particular spot. It heals after a few days, but then it just happens again the next time. Is there any cream or solution I could use to prevent this from happening?
The recurring cracks on your penis, particularly in one position, during or after erection, may be caused by a condition called penile fissures, which can be painful and may lead to bleeding or infection; applying a topical cream or ointment, such as petroleum jelly, aloe vera gel, or a fragrance-free lubricant, may help soothe and protect the affected area

I'm 25 and have been diagnosed with varicocele is there any way to treat it without surgery? I've attached my report and really want to explore non-surgical options if possible. What would you recommend?
Yes, it's possible to manage a varicocele without surgery, especially if it's mild and not causing fertility issues. Non-surgical options include lifestyle changes, ice packs, over-the-counter pain relievers, and a procedure called embolization.
