I was diagnosed with jaundice a few months back, and Im wondering if it's okay to start taking Himalaya Liv 52 now without checking with my doctor first. Could this help my liver recover, or should I be cautious about any risks?

It is generally safe to take Himalaya Liv 52 as a liver support supplement, even if you have a history of jaundice. The recommended dosage for Himalaya Liv 52 is usually 1-2 tablets twice a day. However, it is always best to consult with your general physician before starting any new medication or supplement, especially if you have a history of jaundice.

I'm having this stomach pain for the past two weeks, and I can't seem to figure out why. It doesn't seem to matter what I eatwhether it's homemade rice and dal or even spicy or sweet foodsthe pain just keeps coming back. It feels a bit like gastric pain sometimes, but there's no diarrhea or vomiting. Even with light or non-masala meals, the pain persists. What could be causing this, and what should I do?
get usg done and get back to me it can be due to gall stones

My CT scan from 6 months ago showed a few tiny calculi and I'm diabetic. For the past 23 months, I've been dealing with bloating, acidity, and constipation. Is surgery something I should consider for this?
Mild GI symptoms and tiny renal calculi may not need surgery; a gastroenterologist can guide further with imaging and labs.
