I was prescribed Halox S solution to use before bed and then shampoo it out the next morning. However, it's just a 30ml bottle, so I'm wondering if I should be diluting the solution or using it differently to make it last longer?

No, continue same treatment as advised by the dermatologist.

I've been dealing with a ringworm for a couple of years now, and it just doesn't seem to go away no matter how many doctors I see. I'm starting to feel a bit desperate. What could be going wrong, and how should I approach getting rid of it for good?

Despite being diagnosed and treated by multiple doctors, your persistent ringworm infection over the past two years suggests that the underlying cause might not have been fully addressed; consider consulting a dermatologist for a re-evaluation, as they may recommend additional tests, such as a skin scraping or biopsy, to confirm the diagnosis and identify any underlying conditions, such as a fungal, bacterial, or parasitic infection, and provide targeted treatment, which may include antifungal medications, creams, or ointments.

I'm really struggling with my complexion and it's been tough finding something that works. I tried using Panderm Plus and loved the results, but since it's banned now, I'm unsure about what alternatives are out there. Are there other steroid creams or medications that are effective for skin whitening? Any advice would be really helpful!

Kojiglo cream for local application for atleast 3 weeks is advised.

I'm noticing these red spots and some etching on the skin around my penis and also on my balls. It's been going on for about 5 days now. Could you let me know what's going on and what I should do about it?

This could be fungal infection u need to evaluate with your Dermatologist and get appropriate treatment with oral antifungal medications and topical lotions, once the infection is resolved your hair fall would come down,I suggest you not to use minoxidil with active fungal infection, above this your personal hygiene care is more important.
