I'm noticing these red spots and some etching on the skin around my penis and also on my balls. It's been going on for about 5 days now. Could you let me know what's going on and what I should do about it?

This could be fungal infection u need to evaluate with your Dermatologist and get appropriate treatment with oral antifungal medications and topical lotions,once the infection is resolved your hair fall would come down,I suggest you not to use minoxidil with active fungal infection,above this your personal hygiene care is more important.

I've cut myself on my stomach with a compass and now it's been about 5 or 6 days, but the pain just keeps getting worse. I don't want to tell anyone 'cause I'm the one who did it. Is there anything I can do to make the pain less intense, and do you know how long it'll take for the scars to go away?
